Jam is the word today. Strawberry Jam that is. I made two delicious batches. I love this time a year when the fruit comes into season.
This is me making the first batch. Its hot in here. Can you see the steam coming from all the pans.
Well two down and three to go. My kids were getting worried, we only had four smaller jars left. Now they can rest easy I will make lots more.
