So I made these for my April visiting teaching handout. I put flowers on the bottom but I took the picture before I put the flowers on the bottom. Simple yet fun. The message I made up, to go with the lesson and mini quilt, while I was in the shower. Hee Hee shower. Most of my better ideas have come when I am in the shower. The whole thing took about an hour and a half from thought to completion. I like quick projects. Happy Spring!
Very cute! I get a lot of good thinking done in the shower too! :)
ReplyDeleteThis turned out great!
ReplyDeleteThanks for joining Get Your Craft on Thursday. Please join me next week for another great party.
Sometimes, simplicity really is the best - the straightforward graphics really enhance this one.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comment on my blog! And as coincidence would have it, I grew up in Coeur d'Alene, and spent many-a-day at the huge red wagon in Spokane!! Also, to further the coincidence...My husband's also in the Army, and going to be commissioning in December in the Washington National Guard, and there is a chance we may end up at Fairchild AFB! What a small world!
ReplyDeleteBy the way...I LOVE your quilts! Quilting is one of those things that I desire to try like nothing else, but am way too intimidated to start! Way to go, you have a huge talent with it!
That is so cute--quilter I am not, which makes me appreciate them all the more. Thanks so much for linking up!
