What to do with HALLOWEEN scraps ???

I have been working on Halloween project and I had some scraps and didn't want to throw them away.  I started sewing them together not knowing what I was going to do with then.  After a few steps I figured out what to do.  And this what I made.

I started with these scraps:

Next I started sewing them together

After I got to this point. I had an idea!

I layered with a backing and batting.

Quilted it.

Trimed it.

Put a binding on the shorter ends.

With right sides facing.  I sewed down the sides.

Stitched the corners to make pleats.

Added spider and bat buttons then put on straps.

And you get a very happy little girl with a Halloween bag.  Now you can do this with any scraps.  It is just Halloween time so these where the scraps I was working with. Cute Huh!
