Army Family Team Building Training

I spent a couple of hours tonight finishing some AFTB training on line. I have finished all the levels. Now I know how to be an effective leader. Well I would like to believe that but well time will tell. Their is lots of Army training out their for this and that. I like it. I used to be a master trainer and teach a couple of modules a month when my husband was in recruiting. However, the more we moved around and the more kids I have had I have not been as involved with Army Family Team Building like I would like.
