New Years Resolutions

Welcome 2015!  I have a few things I would like to do or change this year.  I would like to get my Diabetes under control.  It is not bad right now but I still have a lot of pounds to shed and I need to avoid the sugars and bread.  This is easier said than done.  So for my first goal this year I am going to find health alternatives to cut the sugar and bread cravings.  And second because I know diet alone will not shed the pounds I will implement a work out time three times a week.  After I have established a good route I will extend that to five times a week.
Ok! I have written these down in hopes that I will succeed.  I will have to rely on prayers and will power.  Wish me luck.
